Self-Care Club with Kara Schmidt

Join us for Nourish & Thrive, a weekly self-care and healing series designed to help you cultivate balance, resilience, and emotional well-being. Each session blends yoga, movement, mindfulness, breathwork, grounding practices, self-regulation techniques, and social-emotional learning to support your personal growth. Some of the classes will also integrate neuroscience education and somatic experiencing practices, offering deeper insights into how our nervous system shapes our emotions, behaviors, and healing journey. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve self-awareness, or build healthier habits, this series will equip you with practical tools to integrate self-care into your daily life.
